What Are The Different Hugh & Grace Ranks?
Hugh & Grace is a network marketing company focused on hormone health and eliminating endocrine disruptors in, on, and around our bodies. Below we’ll look at the different Hugh & Grace ranks and what they mean.

What do Hugh & Grace Advocates do?
Hugh & Grace Advocates use the products, build their knowledge on low toxin, hormone-safe products, and share about them.
What are the Hugh & Grace Ranks?
The 12 Hugh & Grace ranks from low to high are:
- Advocate (AV)
- Associate Advocate (AAV)
- Senior Advocate (SAV)
- Mentor (MT)
- Associate Mentor (AMT)
- Senior Mentor (SMT)
- Associate Manager (AMG)
- Senior Manager (SMG)
- Director (DT)
- Associate Director (ADT)
- Senior Director (SDT)
- Executive Director (EDT)
Qualifying for a rank is achieved in monthly periods.
This means you start over each month, but you do hold your highest rank for 1 year.
How do you hit Hugh & Grace ranks?
There are 3 areas of focus to hit a Hugh & Grace Rank:
- Personal Volume (PV): Personal purchases and customer sales
- Organization Volume (OV): Total sales volume of your entire organization, including your PV
- Team Structure: Qualified rank lines
You’ll see these 3 focuses on the left of the infographic shown above.
You can hit the first three ranks purely with your personal purchases and customer sales. For this reason, Senior Advocate (SAV) is a great goal for someone starting their business.
Hugh & Grace Mentor, Manager and Director Ranks
If someone is a Mentor, Manager, or Director at Hugh & Grace he or she has built a team of Advocates (reps) and that team is doing well.
For example a Hugh & Grace Mentor needs to have 400 in personally sold or purchased items (PV), 3000 in organizational volume (OV), and 1 Associate Advocate on their team.
So this rank is earned through buying and selling products and helping someone else do the same.
When are Hugh & Grace ranks updated?
Ranks are updated on back office on the 10th of the following month.
How much do Hugh & Grace Mentors, Managers, or Directors make?
Hugh & Grace has only been around 3 years, and you need at least 5 years to get an average income to share.
With that said, in 2024, the company has grown over 200% so right now is a great time to look into becoming an Advocate.
