The Hugh & Grace Compensation plan

The Hugh & Grace Compensation Plan is an affiliate-plus model.

It is set up well whether you are a stronger recruiter or enjoy focusing more on retail sales’ volumes and clients.

The compensation plan is a uni-level plan.

So anyone you sign up as an Advocate is on your Level 1. Anyone they sign up is your Level 2, and anyone Level 2 recruits is your Level 3.

You get paid on your first 3 levels.

Personal Volume (PV) is dollar for dollar. So if you sell a $20 product, you get 20 PV.

This is what you personally buy or personally sell to a client.

You can also earn Team Bonuses

Organization Volume (OV) is what is bought or sold by people on your team.

The first 3 ranks are based just on volume not recruiting other Advocates.

But when you do build a team, you can earn a Generational Bonus based on the volume from other team members.

If you’d like more information on this, check out the YouTube Video above.

Hugh & Grace Boost Program

The Hugh & Grace BOOST Period

When you first sign up as an Advocate, you can earn bonuses!

You earn bonuses for enrolling, selling, and building leaders on your team in the first 3 months.

If you’d like those details, here they are, but don’t feel like you need to know all of this before signing up.

For every 5 customers that purchase 75+ PV, you’ll earn $50 as a bonus.

So if you have 10 customers with over 75PV you’ll get $100 dollars.

For every 2 new Advocates you enroll with 100PV, you’ll earn $100.

So if you enroll 4 Advocates with 100PV, you’d earn $200.

If you are a paid SAV or SMT, you’ll earn $100 to $200 each month.

Why We Chose Hugh & Grace Over Other Companies

We chose Hugh & Grace for several reasons:

  • The products are high-quality and something we’d already buy without this income opportunity.
  • All of their wellness products are 3rd party tested!
  • We love that the company is small and personal.
  • It’s only been around 3 years and has plenty of room to grow.
  • They care about the customers and products. They offer coupon codes, subscribe and save options, and a referral program!
  • There are no monthly fees. It’s just $45 to sign up as an advocate and $25 a year to maintain your shop.
  • You can cancel at any time.
  • Continued training and support with weekly calls and more.
  • No stocking or shipping products! People order through your link.
  • The community is absolutely amazing. Some of our best friends are Advocates.
  • The trips they offer are amazing!
Hugh & Grace also has a really strong mission to help others and it’s family owned.

Hugh and Grace Product bundle

Should you be a customer before becoming a Hugh & Grace Advocate?

Now that you’ve learned how much Hugh & Grace Advocates make, you can decide if it’s a good fit for you.

We personally would want to try the products to make sure we like them before promoting them to others.

With that said, we actually signed up as an Advocate versus a customer. We ordered an enrollment pack with different products to try initially and then once we saw they tasted good, smelled good, and worked — we shared about it.

Keep in mind, you want to sign up and get started all at the same time though because of the Boost Program. The Boost Program Bonuses are only available during the 1st 3 months of being an Advocate.
